At AzorX, we strive to deliver the best value through our SaaS platform, audit calls, and digital tools. Before purchasing, we encourage all users and resellers to fully understand the features, pricing, and scope of services offered.

Please read our refund policy carefully:

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to AzorX are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The ₹29 commitment fee for booking an AzorX Audit Call
  • Subscription fees (monthly, quarterly, or yearly)
  • One-time setup or onboarding charges
  • Customization, training, or consulting services

Once a payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, regardless of usage or perceived outcomes. The ₹29 audit-call fee is non-refundable but credited toward any subsequent engagement with AzorX.

2. Trial & Demo Availability

To ensure clarity before making a purchase:

  • We offer live demo sessions or clarity calls before you subscribe.
  • In some cases, we may provide limited access or trial features for evaluation.
  • We strongly recommend using these resources before making a payment.

3. Exceptions (If Any)

Refunds may be issued only under the following exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of AzorX management:

  • Duplicate payment made due to technical error
  • Transaction failure where the payment was debited but not received

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please email care@azorx.in within 3 days of the transaction with proof of payment and a detailed explanation.

4. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time or early cancellations.
  • Violation of our terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
